Financial Responsibility

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by Seattle Oral Care for your treatment and services regardless of your insurance coverage. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other financing arrangements are made in advance.

Seattle Oral Care understands and respects that each of our patients have different financial situations. To ensure dental care is affordable and accessible to you, we offer different high quality payment options to meet your budget:

  1. Insurance
  2. Cash
  3. Credit Card
  4. Short-Term Financing

The cost of your treatment is based on the treatment plan. The treatment plan along with options will be discussed with you by your Treatment Coordinator along with available payment options before the treatment begins.

We will do our best to get accurate estimates and most coverage for your treatment from your Insurance provider. Often, your provider may not cover 100% of your fees, in which case you would need to use Cash and/or Credit Card options to pay the remaining balance. If you have budget constraints, we offer you a simple and convenient short-term financing option (see below).

Your prompt remittance before the start of the actual procedure is appreciated.

In summary, please understand that you are fully responsible for all the fees as agreed between you and Seattle Oral Care for the treatment and services.

We are here to help you understand, navigate, and facilitate financing your oral care. If you have any questions regarding the treatment plan, fees, your account, and financing options, please call Seattle Oral Care at (206) 363-8800 to discuss and clear any confusion. Thank you for understanding.
Cash
Seattle Oral Care recommends and accepts cash for our treatment and services.
Credit Card
For your convenience, we accept all major cards offered – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Insurance
To make dental care affordable and accessible for all our patients, we have signed up with the following major insurance providers to ensure widest coverage of care:
If you don’t see your provider on the list, please contact us.

Note that Seattle Oral Care primarily accepts PPO plans.

Insurance policies are an agreement between you, your employer and your insurance company. Every insurance provider and the plan has different stipulations and coverage for services in your treatment plan. Often, your provider may not cover 100% of your fees.

At the beginning of your treatment, our Insurance Coordinator will work with your insurance provider to get the best coverage for your treatment plan. Any remaining balance is your responsibility. We will file your claims with your insurance provider and track the claims. If there are any changes to your insurance plan, please inform us immediately.
